Summary

America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to facilitate a variety of tasks and projects on behalf of the CEO. In this position, you'll provide clerical and administrative support, bookkeep for various related companies, and coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements. Bring your time management and organization skills, executive assistant experience, professionalism, and outstanding communication, and we'll give you the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties
Bookkeeping of various related ancillary companies
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
Extensive support of travel arrangements
Many other personal requests including, but not limited to, running personal errands

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of proven success as an executive/personal assistant or similar
Flexible availability outside of standard business hours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work independently at home and in-person at our office
Notary certification is a plus

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time salary ranging from $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and education
